CRM Coordinator

As a CRM Coordinator within our CRM team, you will report to the Head of CRM and be part of a team 2, dedicated to retention marketing initiatives and giving our players a reason to keep playing with us!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute multi-channel and segmented campaigns across all brands and verticals
- Creating segments and maintaining lists.
- Test the quality and functionality of CRM Campaigns.
- Liaise with marketing & regional teams in regards to execution of campaigns.
- Maintain the promotional calendar, from briefing stage to execution.
- Keep customer service team updated about our promotional calendar, and assist with escalations about campaigns coming from the CS Team.
- Assist the Head of CRM with campaigns reporting.
- Assist the Head of CRM in identifying opportunities for automations as well as optimizing existing automated journeys.
- Document campaign plans to maintain visibility on CRM operations.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc functions that may arise.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience within the iGaming industry, ideally in CRM
- A solid understanding of player bonuses and incentives
- With ability to see the big picture while maintaining high attention to detail
- Fluent in spoken and written English
